Further qualifications naturally depend on the respective job; for example, we use employees who have passed specialist examinations, plant security courses, Chamber of Industry and Commerce trained specialists and plant security supervisors, often supplemented by additional trainings as fire protection officers, fire helpers, company first aiders, paramedics, lift attendants, etc.
Employees on upscale receptions are usually trained as hotel specialists or have experience as receptionists; here too we also insist on safety instruction though.

In any event, we attach great importance to a smart appearance and spoken and written language proficiency as well as PC skills. We are aware that our employees are part of YOUR image.
